Cotton & Rayon Fabric

Many of our artisans are certified by the Thai Department of Environmental Quality and they are trained in the use of safe-dye techniques and are green certified. Others work with natural dye materials they gather locally or cultivate in nearby plots, such as indigo.

All cottons are medium weight plain weaves, and are sold by the yard unless otherwise indicated.

In 2019, thousands of people lost their homes and farms causing great suffering and loss of life in the Savannakhet area of southern Laos. As a result many of our indigo weavers are now displaced, their homes and villages lost and they must start all over again.  This innovative ikat design on grey makes a beautiful skirt or jacket memorable and elegant.
