Cotton & Rayon Fabric

Many of our artisans are certified by the Thai Department of Environmental Quality and they are trained in the use of safe-dye techniques and are green certified. Others work with natural dye materials they gather locally or cultivate in nearby plots, such as indigo.

All cottons are medium weight plain weaves, and are sold by the yard unless otherwise indicated.

You won't find this double ikat with a half black and half white warp in your local fabric shop. around the corner.  Lift it to the light and enjoy its variations in blacks, greys, indigo and neutrals.  The texture of the handspun thread is defining and while light and airy the fabric is structurally sound offering a cool alternative in the warm season.  Hand wash cold water and dry flat.
