Tangerine and lime join deep indigo in a modified basket weave for an outstanding silk scarf.  Its texture rich with undulating colors change in the light enhancing its buttery "hand".  The designer Viengkham Nanthavongduangsy  from a long line of Red Tai weavers from Xam Tai, learned to weave from her mother when very young.  She alters traditional motifs and techniques to create contemporary textiles appealing to the modern eye.
